“We at East Alabama see CHI Energy Services as an Energy Security Monitor System, someone looking at our facility and helping us to maintain our facility at the most efficient operation.  Our equipment and weather changes can cause energy to be wasted when we are not monitoring our usage regularly.  But when we get an email or call from CHI asking about changes in equipment usage, we start investigating and looking for the energy thief.  When a facility creates a baseline usage and daily monitoring, they can see the savings by increasing the chill water temp 1 degree or reducing boiler steam pressure 5 psi.  A hospital will probably spend more in one month with equipment out of control stealing energy than they would on the annual cost for CHI’s services.”
